Dancehall artiste, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale has called on the President Akufo Addo to pay attention to the needs of youth in the country.

In a Snapchat post, the self-acclaimed Dancehall King stated that the youth in the country love the president even though the economic hardship is unbearable.

He said there have been several complaints in his inbox from some of the aggrieved youth.

Shatta Wale lauded the President for his work towards national development but charged him to pay more attention to youth who may lose hope in him.

“Mr. President please focus on the youth of Ghana more for me. They love you but it’s like they don’t see anything happening to them in their lives. The complaints are too much in my inbox. Forget politics and do this for us, please.

"Trust me, you have tried your best so please try and spend more of your time with the youth these days and see the magic. They love you so please show them that love. I beg you waaa. I know you can do something and I pray you to do," he indicated in the post.
