Our Passion drives our Attitude Towards Work

Somebody once said ' Teachers in the cities are motivated than teachers in the rural communities since they get easy access to television, portable water, electricity, quality food, easy means of transportation, good mobile network and many more advantages' Its a fact but I don't see why it should cause the teachers in the rural communities not to do their best as teachers in imparting knowledge to the students.

I feel they would have done even better than the teachers in the urban areas. The fact is that, we fail to do what we have passion for but choose to do what we think is easy, what we think will get us huge sums of money, where we will always have the chance to look like we want to, and to do what others are doing gives that person the reason to have drawn that conclusion.

Truly, there is something that exist and can be handled perfectly by you. But then, something will lead you to that one thing you can perfectly do.Also, there is something you always loved and wished to encounter anything in order to have it done. If you haven't realize or noticed it, try to figure it out. It will help you find joy, excitement and love in what you do. It will as well help you find what you do easier and simpler than any other.

That abstract thing is your passion. It will push you to execute your responsibilities without you pushing yourself. With this, those teachers in the rural communities will not find any difficulty in executing their responsibilities as teachers as teachers.

Despite the fact that they will naturally be derived by the passion they have for the profession, the situation in the community will be a motivation. They level of knowledge of your students will be influenced by your role as a teacher to impart knowledge to the students. You will do your best to establish your role. Its enough to motivate you.

Going in for professions you have no passion for but for personal reasons is the root of most of the problems we face as a country. Let's identify and make rightful choices of professions through our passion.

# Passion derives us to perfectly do what we do.
