The lawyer for Ghanaian footballer, Jan-Anders Hybelius says his client has admitted that he had sex with the two ladies but was did not know their ages.
Kingsley Sarfo was arrested for the second time last week by Swedish Authorities and have been charged for sleeping with two underage girls.
After his arrest, Malmo FF suspended the playmaker indefinitely due to the charges against him.
Sarfo’s lawyer Jan-Anders Hybelius was speaking Kvällsposten where he stated that his client had admitted to having sex with the ladies but had no idea that they were underage.
“Kingsley admits that he had sex with the girls but said he was not aware of how young they were,” his lawyer Jan-Anders Hybelius
“We have not decided whether to appeal against that aspect,” he added.
