Asante Kotoko defender, Wahab Adams, has described their victory over his former team Aduana Stars as an awesome win.
The Reds triumphed over the Premier League Champions by two unanswered goals from Eric Donkor and Kwame Boahen.
Wahab replaced injured Emmanuel Owusu in the 52nd minute and played his maiden match against his former side, Aduana Stars on Sunday.
According to the defender, it was his utmost desire to win against his former side and the feeling was just as wished for.
"I felt great yesterday after the 2-0 win. It was my prayer before the match to conquer Aduana Stars and true to my prayers, it came to pass. In fact, our performance was breathtaking.
