Accra, Aug. 27, GNA - Bibiani Gold Stars will play Kumasi King Faisal in a friendly football match at Bibiani in the Western Region on Sunday, August 29.
Mr Robert Amoyaw Djan, Accra Representative of Gold Stars who announced this in Accra on Friday, said the home team would use the match to get psyched up for the Division One League due to resume soon. He said the performance of Gold Stars, which enabled them to beat Bofoakwa Tano 1-0 in a similar match last week, would be repeated to ensure they sustain their performance.
King Faisal would also use the match to get their players well prepared for the Premier League that is expected to start next month. Mr Djan gave the assurance that the management of the club would put in place measures to ensure that the club qualifies for the premier league.
