There was another surprise last Sunday at the MTN Academy House when two team mates were evicted. Benjamin Owusu, team mate number 6 from the Greater Accra Region and Augustine Frimpong, team mate number 8 from the Ashante Region were the victim of the night which had Wutah and Okraseni Samuel performing Hip Life shows to the packed mini stadium behind the House.

The two evictees who said they did not like the eviction part of the programme hoped that in future they would be called to form a team.

Coach Sunday Ibrahim also revealed that the eviction part is where most of the players fear as they all enjoy the facilities in the House.

In a Five -A side- football game of the night, the MTN team piped the OMP squad by three goals to one. Evicted Frimpong captained the MTN team, while Awal Amadu skippered the OMP team.

The best player of the night went to Emmanuel Mensah, team mate number 4. He was also named captain of the week.

Ken Ashigbey, Managing Director of the organisers OMP told T he Statesports in an exclusive interview that the programme has improved in many areas and commended the media for supporting the second edition of the first soccer reality show.

He said other African countries are enjoying the show and urged the team mates to offer their best as they are on the spotlight on the international scene.

According to Ashigbey, the sponsors for the show have contributed a lot and needs to be commended.

He reminded viewers to keep on texting the numbers of 1351 for the winner who drives home a brand new Hyundai car and save GH¢7,000 as well as travel out to play professional soccer with a club in Europe, Africa or Ghana.
