Tickets to next month's African Cup of Nations are expected to go on public sale beginning today – Tuesday -, says, Ghana's Local Organizing Committee.

Ghana would be hosting the competition for 16 participating countries in four major cities across the country starting on January 20 and running till February 10.

According to the LOC, lots of information has been provided on every match ticket to enable holders navigate their way around and locate their seats at each match venue.

For local individuals who would be purchasing tickets on the open market, tickets can be bought from the Ghana Post Company Branches and Ghana Commercial Bank Branches at Stadia while people based outside, thus open market abroad, can secure tickets through Ghana Missions via the internet.

Participating countries and non-participating nations under the CAF umbrella can secure tickets through their various FA's.

The organizing committee has stated that match tickets would be sold in advance.

Also the LOC says there would no ticket sales at the stadia on match days except in exceptional circumstances and when stadia sales are inevitable; ticket sales will end 2 hours before the start of a match.

Match Venues

Accra : Ohene Djan Stadium with a capacity of 40,000 all seated
Kumasi : Baba Yara Stadium with a capacity of 40,000 all seated
Sekondi : Sekondi Sports Stadium with a capacity of 20,000
Tamale : Tamale Sports Stadium with a capacity of 20,000s

Host Cities

Accra will host Group A : Ghana, Guinea, Namibia and Morocco
Kumasi will host Group C : Egypt, Cameroon, Sudan and Zambia
Sekondi will host Group B : Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Mali and Benin
Tamale will host Group D: Tunisia, Senegal, South Africa and Angola

GH¢75 for VIP seats

GH¢15 for Centre Line seats

GH¢4 for Goal Rear seats
