Needed Reforms on Arrests and Prisoner Rights at National and International Levels

Needed Reforms on Arrests and Prisoner Rights at National and International Levels
05.03.2024 LISTEN

Different ages and new knowledge demand some strategic ways of collaboration, including treaties. The death of Navalny in Russia, Epstein in u.s, can be good examples. Since many people ignorantly assume only criminals get arrested or end up in prisons, we may be better of to appeal some of it as rights of the families of the accused and convicted. There was a age when there were no telephone, internet, etc, so notification of arrests was lot harder, but many or all governments still seem indifferent to how families suffer due to lack of proper government care. In poor countries like the Gambia, people physically go to the police stations, asking 'do you have my poor child or xyz here'? In richer countries like the u.s, people call busy officers, asking if their 'poor family members are detained there'? I think mandatory notification of at least two family members is over-due, will reduce stress and improve health, reduce police work load for better time utilisation, etc. From reducing what people can be arrested for, through the process of arrest, and how prisoners are handled should be studied and the needed reforms carried out.

Sometimes we have to use international cases people can relate to, but the problems of the west includes preferential treatment of the elite for image, votes, etc while the poor or ordinary people suffer. When we see president Biden or other u.s presidents work tirelessly to have innocent and guilty u.s citizens out of foreign prison, it gives the false impression of care, makes us want to be u.s citizens before gauging how countless poorer u.s citizens suffer in and outside the u.s due to lack of even the discussions of needed reforms.

In a nutshell, a strong family can push the media, but will the best in the media world thoroughly study my suggestions and help us drive change at national and international levels? Government abducting journalists+ is frowned upon, but any arrest without notification of families and their respective embassies should be seen as abduction in our age. We will start with the proposed international treaty to make it easy for people to relate to.

There are ten u.s citizens in Russian prisons for xyz charges, fifteen in Nigeria, five in Iran, etc will mean different things to both the government and the people. The most basic one is mandatory notification and it will help both the rich and poor families. Once the u.s pressures Nigeria+ to sign a much needed treaty of notification, it will mean Nigeria will have to notify the u.s Embassy of all arrests of u.s citizens within 24 or xyz hours, which they must now extend to Gambian citizens if we sign it. From government level, u.s law may demand notifying the families, the journalists, a special agency, etc; but Gambian law may choose a different route, but will at least be able to study eighty percent of Gambians in German prison or worldwide are there over marijuana charges, and make choices they deem fit. Similarly, different families may react differently, but will reduce the stress of guessing why you haven't heard from your loved one, and engage you to act at your capacity. The poor Gambian mum who was expecting remittance, accusing someone of 'abandoning us', will try something else if the Gambia government choose to notify them. I do not think it is fair for Germany or any country to claim they will only engage poor Gambian government only when deporting our citizens. Refugee rights were fought for, better prison and human rights should be fought for, but it may take more than one writer or media house for the big wigs to echo what they may have never thought about.

When their real spies are arrested, they will know due to their own internal systems or expectations, but such notification treaty may alert quicker. When the ordinary citizen, especially the poor ones are arrested in a foreign country, only some form of a notification treaty will help. When a u.s citizen is arrested for child molestation in the Gambia and a Gambian citizen is arrested for 'soliciting prostitute' in u.s; the information exchange is not for prisoner swaps, but for beyond learning. Which leads us to what is unnecessary arrest in our age?

As little as not walking with an ID can get you arrested in the u.s and many countries. I think it is outdated, because giving your details to an officer with laptop or smart phone can bring-up more than your ID to avoid costly arrest to both the state, the person, the families of victims (or culprits), etc. I think this will be an easy sell to help countless people, and who will contribute more than atom's weight to its realization for the kind God of human to reward us with green or pink partner, or better? People do forget, forgive them, warn them, or give them a ticket under body camera instead of arrest; but mighty u.s or xyz may claim arrest and bails are industries that are more valuable than human rights?

A slightly harder sell is arresting people for things like soliciting prostitutes is also outdated and unnecessary. Since this one affects mainly males and governments tend to care about only money and females, they may argue arresting needy or bad men and giving them arrest records is not bad and will help females? OK Jarga, all governments are not like the bad u.s you appeal to, to help you change the world? So how many countries give a ticket and/or court date versus arrest on soliciting prostitutes or xyz 'crime'? No country can impose their laws on others, but I truly admire how the u.s try to share what they believe with others. The question is will they allow other countries or individuals to share where they believe u.s should change? The marvellous term of 'exhorting each other to truth and patience...' in ch.103 is not just between individuals, but between countries and other groups. So places where prostitution is legal like Netherlands and Singapore should say, 'we have less sexual diseases than the u.s, so we suspect criminalisation of prostitution has more to do with protecting the pornography industry, the bail industry, of the u.s and much worse women...' A hit movie in the u.s , India, or Nigeria should show how unnecessary arrest of soliciting prostitutes affect different people in different ways, including how a sick man may die due to delay of taking medicine or xyz due to unnecessary arrest.

One last example of unnecessary arrests is the vague term of 'disorderly conduct'. They may use their questionable media to show you a person physically disrupting a group of people which may warrant arrest. However, as little as shouting at a police officer in some Arab countries or being black in u.s may qualify as disorderly conduct and an arrest? So if the media or xyz confirms Saudi Arabia can lock you up over screaming, then I have no plans of visiting Saudi Arabia or xyz until they respect the message of the Quhr-aahn and basic conscience more than their questionable Hadiths and inventions. Similarly, even the u.s media will lean on 'resisting arrest' to cover a story, but resisting arrest should never be the primary or first list of problem when covering. Tell us or show us what unnecessary arrest was attempted, before 'resisting arrest' occurred or claimed'? A tough exchange of words under one or no camera, because civilians are not encouraged to buy body cameras, may mean an officer claim 'disorderly conduct' and arrest you in 2024? I suspect bad Journalists believe in their professors more than thinking, Jarga kebba Gigo, and conscience. However, once good journalists echo me, write better editorials and happy hours on TV and Radio, then powerful voices in politics and beyond may accept the good suggestions from the Kind Lord, and respect humans lot more.

The number of people abused, killed, or naturally die in prison demand a more transparent system, including culture of cameras. The group of people who seem to worry about 'privacy' should not deny simple rights and choices to those concern about safety. Like people choose lawyers or even type of trial, people should be offered the type of prison level of transparency they prefer. A ninety percent transparency prison or section of a prison may mean enough cameras to deter rape of men than women, so it will be another hard sell unless good women join us and argue if God gave us cameras in 1600, Thomas Jefferson or xyz would have put it in the u.s constitution, and Gambians or xyz will copy than learn from a thinker? A prisoner choosing seventy percent transparency level may include : in the case of seeming death, you must turn on cameras to check and notify next of kin to choose preferred license autopsy doctor. They may argue choosing lawyer is reasonable, but choosing a doctor who records procedures may make it hard too disguise how 'Epstein or Navalny die' in Gambian or xyz prison? If they died naturally or by suicide, we cannot accuse where we refuse treaties. We want to have the right to slowly stress or kill Julian Assange, or allow Macky Sall to torture Ousmane Sonko, release his white lawyer, and not inform the families of Senegalese when arresting folks? Sometimes by arguing the international deals you may inadvertently change the national ways. May God bless us through Showlove Trinity: Let's learn, let's work, let's have fun.

Optional note:
Where is the movie that shows ten or xyz people coming to ask if their loved ones are detained in a police station? Can you show the varying levels of distress on their faces and even the police officers they asked? Telephone may semi-work in the west, but not on indifferent African officers... Where is the call that was getting in to disrupt more urgent calls? Where are the excuses to reject more efficient systems of caring notifications? Can it shows journalists are among the most informed ones, and Gambian or xyz journalists cannot list the top ten charges, top ten foreign nationals in prison and precise primary charges, or which top ten countries hold the most Gambians, u.s, or xyz citizens in prison and for which crimes?

Where is the movie that shows: 'ignorant of the law is not an excuse', but they refuse to have all laws on a website for public knowledge. I want to visit the Gambia or xyz, but certainly do not want to read all their laws. So will a summary of differences in laws help me? Where is the website that list weird laws or differences per country? What is insulting is certainly hard to define, but giving examples of charges per country will surely help. Don't expect me to respect every law of a land, led by questionable people. I want to visit Florida and will walk with my body camera to record any abuse+ by cops and beyond, but they claim it is a crime in Florida? They said they are indirectly suggesting to Russia, China, Gambia, and xyz to make it a crime and see if God will inspire people on how to change such laws? So where is the movie that shows Malcolm X or xyz demanding all blacks+ to buy body cameras, have a protest date and see if they will arrest how many violently? Where will the supreme court judges side in such a movie or real case?

Where is the movie that shows the Gambia or xyz make about two thousand arrests per day, week, month, or year and it is too much to demand notifying Families who may care? How about an Interpol or Amnesty international free program that does it with a click or how many seconds? You record data for the possible courts, so a fraction of that data is what you may send to countries and families that care.

Where is the movie that Shows police asking rich Michael Jackson or xyz to surrender on child molestation charges, while the poor are dangerously arrested where ticket will suffice? Where is the movie that shows when famous Britney Griner was arrested for marijuana in Russia, two poor Americans and two poor UK citizens were arrested before for marijuana, but Griner got released before them and why? Where is the movie that shows Biden saying: 'she was legally but wrongly arrested for marijuana', while u.s continue to legally and wrongly arresting even sick people over cannabis? Can it show the negotiating or refusing to negotiate with governors like Biden does with Putin? One free Griner is worth more than one thousand black males? Can it show weekly or monthly pardons, or only when elections are near? Can a movie show a hot mic or Kamala Harris look alike saying 'I cannot turn against Biden, but I do not think he is making enough efforts on marijuana, just words for votes? Or can it show, 'let's drag the legalisation and make it election issue...?'

Where is the movie that shows where Russians are better than Americans, and the reverse? What are the top ten weird laws in u.s or xyz according to Africans, Chinese, Russians, etc? The world of excuses is the highest mountain in the world of possibilities. So I think laws should always or largely be based on probability and certainty? What is discretion of officers if it is not recorded and based on selective justice to censor the like of Jarga? Why did the Canadian police came to attempt to arrest me over 'unpaid traffic ticket' I forgot, and they employ what on the average on such? All minds are not equal, and some minds are feared for the change we want to bring on earth? Here comes the black man who comes to teach White+ what is human rights and age oriented responsibilities? Then perhaps some whites+ may gratefully help Africa change with God's help. We are send to the world, benefit from the world, not just our born countries. So gratitude to the good whites+ mean initiating change and collaborating with every good soul, even an alien as team...
