Why AU, the Gambia, and others should file multiple cases against Israel and some people?

Although the case brought by South Africa against Israel at ICJ is largely welcomed, the shortcomings and how Israel responded should be confronted with at least stronger words and some more court cases. The shortcoming is the ICJ did not order ceasefire, so that may mean a better case should be presented to convinced humans who need help on thinking. Israel did not only celebrate that shortcoming, but issued a vague threat to South Africa, that 'there will be consequencies'. Threats against a person or state should not only be condemned, but confronted in ways that may subdue potential aggressors, sabotages, or other wrongs. If the AU+ solidly stands with South Africa, condemn the threats, and file some cases, then Israel or u.s may not continue to bully those who take legal routes to save human lives. So it is vital for all media houses beyond Africa to have editorials and special hours urging their leaders to take actions, not just words. Like Trump is facing multiple charges, Israel, Netanyahu, and Biden should face multiple charges.

The term Genocide is a strong term and even the legal definition is not agreed upon, so at least one case can argue 'war crimes' or lesser charges to warrant cease-fire. Genocide is not the only crime punishable or for a court to urge cease-fire. With the right argument, one can argue to convince Judges and the General public how cease-fire will save lives and not endanger innocent or questionable Israeli lives. That the only reason Hamas was able to do harm was Israel was off-guard and God wanted to test the Hypocrisy+ of the world. It is nearly impossible for Hamas to make or gather weapons that may Harm Israel within the next six-months; so let the cease-fire be long enough and a Palestinian State be realized with much better than Hamas that has also learned a hard lesson.

The threats against south Africa must be stopped, and that should include filing a case inside Israel. There are lawyers, journalists, and others there who will ultimately help educate the average Israeli that Africa+ and God will not allow even so called 'regime change' calling for filing a legal case, or God curse be upon Israel if their citizens agree with 'punishing' south Africa or the president over such. Similarly, Biden should be sued to God+, but the nature of u.s laws may mean only after he leaves office...

The reason the Gambia or others are mentioned is because the Gambia was the chair of the OIC and not sure if that has rotated. The other reason is I happen to be Gambian, the Gambia was created to end trans-atlantic slavery, but Gambian leaders and average citizens are still under performing as champions of Justice on world stage. I am aware of the official words of the Gambia, but that should not mean enough or nor more suggestions. So if God inspires me, it means I write to inspire Gambian media houses to publicly remind our leaders; but if better media houses around the world can do better, then indeed this is largely a humanitarian issue, or why a Christian leaning South Africa shows Asians, whites, and Arabs that courts are among the good ways to fight back? Whites knew it, but do they largely care except money or what percentage of them sincerely care? So feel free to forward to politicians, journalists, and friends toward more forwarding and realization.

The Quhr-aahn has explicitly mentioned Arabs in adverse tone than the few positive tones. This does not mean you look down on Arabs, but to understand they had very bad people then than today, but the very charges against the Arabs in the Quhr-aahn is not exclusive to Arabs. If you happen to be Arab, it means you repent or your respite is about to end and we judge beyond the desires of 'jews, Christians, and Muslims'. The Quhr-aahn implicitly charge black people as 'weak people, under fight injustices, and cowardly'. Again, since it is implicit language, I can debate those who disagree in due time, but even decent secular minds will agree on that based on even recent history. Did black people vigorously fought against slavery or apartheid as examples? Again, such charges or generalizations does not mean 'all blacks are like that', but if you happen to be human or black, then be careful of such. Show God and the world, you are among the new and much better black+ people by bravely fighting against injustices, regardless of who is committing it, including blacks.

In respect to 'weak', the Quhr-aahn differentiates believers from submitters in chapter 49. The term Islam is not as great as many often assume, because it means submission at varying levels and for different reasons. A believer uses invisible eyes, the mind, etc. and bank on the visible and invisible powers to make great choices; the submitters are largely 'until I see' or act in fear or as resort choice. I happen to be finishing a great book that will transform the lives of many, including Blacks, Muslims, and Arabs; but many of them are yet to believe or collaborate with me in any meaningful ways. I am hoping the book will be finally out within a week, then most of them will 'submit', praise, help, or still indifferently want me to fight alone for the black boys in the streets, while they marry more questionable wives and tell their children: 'you cannot ever repay us, go work for better or worse races, and give us money, money, money? If your love is at blood family or tribal level, then some racists may be better or worse than you, but you may never understand our collective tests or responsibilities to at least speak up. We cannot focus on the worst of Arabs or any group to ignore vivid injustices, but to help where need be, educate our people, and confront the bad to worst than Arabs+ in proportionate ways.
