Journalists Preview My Very Ghanaian Wedding Movie

Producers of the much anticipated romantic drama "My very Ghanaian wedding" which questions love and customs gave media practitioners the privilege to preview the first 30 minutes of the movie.

The preview took place at the Silver bird cinema in Accra Ghana on the 20th of September 2017.

The aim of the press preview is to formally introduce the Movie to the media and give the practitioners the privilege to share views and opinion before its official premiere on the 6th of October 2017, as well as reach out to the general public through the press to create more awareness about the film.

Present at the press preview was lead casts such as Adjetey Anang, who played the mommy's boy engaged to an African woman chosen by his mother played by Grace Omaboe who was also present.

Other casts included Dana Wachter, Vincent McCauley, Sitsofe Tsikor, Elaine Attoh, Ludwig Mawuli Kalms, Dzifa Glikpoe and other well-known actors.

"My Very Ghanaian Wedding" centers on love tradition and culture, and how it determines the fate of a young couple.

The movie was written and directed by the Helel Smith and produced by Ludwig Mawuli Kalmz

During an interaction with the media, multiple award-winning veteran actor Grace Omaboe indicated that she fell in love with the story due to the Ghanaian culture it projects.

Also in an interaction with Adjetey Anang he stated that the film dwelling on family as a bond, worn his heart. The writer/director Helel stated that he finds a bit of himself in each character he created and that made the film a unique one!

"My Very Ghanaian Wedding" will be premiered at the Silverbird Cinemas (Accra Mall and West Hills Mall) on 6th and 7th October at 7pm and 9pm respectively for GH¢ 30
