Abraham Amaliba of the NDC has displayed to all Ghanaians how infantile he could be in these trying times for our country. He has been quoted as saying H.E Akufo-Addo mismanagement has caused the country to be hit by the deadly Coronavirus.
Quite a laughable commentary to make when it is obvious he is gradually going out of his propaganda business because politics is almost on hold because of the pandemic.
Many have made arguments as to why the current administration didn't close the borders earlier and the simple answer to this global question is that no country saw this coming.
It is quite funny Ebola which was so near to us in West Africa didn't force his NDC to close the borders during their administration but expected Ghana to close the borders to a disease that was far away in China at the time.
The nature of the virus has called for it to be dealt with in diverse measures based on each country and its socio-economic structure and in the event of Ghana, the President of the Republic, together with experts have done marvelously well to even attain international recognition in the fight against the pandemic.
Of course, the NDC has exhibited how ready they were to use the fight against the virus to fight their election wars but it appears the war they are waging is not fit to be called a war against the NPP but a war against ENTIRE Ghana. This is the reason why Amaliba and his compatriots have now reversed their study board back to the beginning of the story in order to pin a disease that has engulfed the entire world to H.E Akufo-Addo.
I am so sure that if President Akufo-Addo was a scientist, they would have said he is responsible for creating the coronavirus as a biological weapon to killed NDC followers. Let the NDC know and understand that the entire NPP machinery has been redeployed to fight coronavirus and it's either they do same or leave the country to face this pandemic in peace than to cause us psychological pain with their immature judgments and conclusions.
His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in these abnormal times has demonstrated that indeed he was made for the People of Ghana.
Kudos to the President and his team of Experts.
