Akufo-Addo Will Win Election 2020 — Awal

The Minister for Business Development, Alhaj Dr. Awal Mohammed Ibrahim has entreated party supporters to do more to retain the President Akufo-Addo and the NPP in 2020.

According to the Minister, President Akufo-Addo will win the 2020 elections in view of the many positive and life-changing policies that the government of the NPP has introduced so far.

He said this during a short ceremony to present tricycles to various party groups in Tamale.

The Minister said he was doing the gesture to motivate party members to keep up with the energy, zeal and enthusiasm with which they prosecuted the 2016 elections and bring it to bear on the 2020 elections.

Dr Mohammed Awal Ibrahim further employed all to work hard and in the interest of the party to win at least 14 Parliamentary seats for the NPP in the Northern Region and increase the Presidential votes as well.

He was quick to add that unity will be key in achieving this.

The tricycles were distributed to 10 groups of the party including Sagnarigu Constituency, Kumbungu Constituency, Tamale North Constituency, Tamale Central Constituency and the Tamale South Constituency.

Other Constituencies according to Dr Awal will have their share of the tricycles and other donations by the first quarter of 2020.

The beneficiaries thanked the Minister for his gesture and called on other government appointees to emulate the kind gesture of the Minister.
