The Golden Beach Hotels Limited, GBH has presented used clothing worth GH¢1,000 to the Dixcove and Agona-Nkwanta Hospitals. Presenting the items, the Chief Public Relations Officer, Henry Gyambibi stressed on the need to support the less privileged in society.
He said the country is endowed with both human and natural resources. There is therefore the need to put them to good use.
Mr. Gyambibi emphasized the challenges facing health institutions and urged stakeholders to help address the issue.
The District Chief Executive for Ahanta West, Kwesi Biney on behalf of the District Health Directorate expressed gratitude to the company for the gesture. The Acting District Director of Health Service, Thomas Wiredu also thanked GBH and appealed to other organizations to come to the aid of health institutions in the district.
