Saudi Arabia We pray for the quick recovery and a healthy long-life of the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia-His Majesty Mohamed Bin Salman
FEB 26, 2021 LISTEN

The Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Foundation (STBHF) was deeply moved by the news of the illness of Crown Prince Mohamed Bin Salman of Saudi Arabia and the surgery operation done on him.

The Foundation will wish, therefore, to convey our best wishes for the speedy recovery of the Royal Crown Prince.

The Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Foundation (STBHF) has noted with keen interest the official reports indicating that the Saudi Crown Prince went through appendicitis in Riyadh, on Wednesday 24th February 2021. We are also acutely aware that the operation was successful and that the Royal Crown Prince has since then left the hospital.

We are mindful of the decision taken recently by the Saudi Crown Prince Salman to not only end his country’s blockade, but also to salvage the ties and friendship with neighboring Qatar. His full recovery will therefore afford him the opportunity to continue on the path of ending the brutal conflict in Yemen, and by extension, ensuring peace in the wider Mid-east region.

We are confident that with his determination, the prayers and well-wishes of the People of Saudi Arabia as well as friends in the international community, including the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), League of Arab States and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), will provide the Saudi Prince with the necessary courage and strength to overcome this illness.

In solidarity, we wish Crown Prince Mohamed Bin Salman a full recovery and return to national duty. We continue to pray for his speedy recovery, long life, and happiness.
