Maiden Vodafone Icons, RnM, still working hard at making their way to the top, have earned for themselves a valuable push from Ghana’s Best Group, 4X4 in the production of their upcoming single, Simple Love.

“We’re practically pinching ourselves that we got 4X4 to work with us”, a delighted member of the duo, Stephanie told Showbiz last Tuesday.

“We hope people enjoy the video as much as we enjoyed making it. These guys started a revolution and for us it is more than an honour”, she said.

The song is the first single from RnM’s new album scheduled for release later on in the year. The concept of the video is about how men and women find fulfillment in different ways in a relationship.

“I remember being obsessed over the Chaka Zulu video and now am in the same video with 4X4? Insane!”, said Natasha, the other member.

“What is even more crazy is watching the guys work in the studio. After everything that we have been through, we couldn’t be happier with our first project as a duo. We really hope people enjoy this project”.

On his part, Captain Planet from 4x4 remarked that for them it was exciting to work with new talents like RnM. “Being one of the very few groups to survive the industry in Ghana, it’s important that we share our experience where possible. Surviving and staying on top on the music scene in

Ghana is about hard work, dedication and respect for the fans. This is the kind of information we hope to pass on to the ladies”.

Simple Love will premiere via the twitter pages for both groups @real4x4 and @officialrnm.
