I nearly committed suicide when people trolled me over my body surgery — Moesha recounts

Moesha Boduong has recounted the trauma he suffered after she was trolled for enhancing her body through surgery.

The famed socialite and actress says she almost committed suicide but decided to keep it to herself.

In an interview with Deloris Frimpong Manso on the Delay Show, which was aired on December 25 via Accra-based TV3, Moesha disclosed that she wouldn’t have been where she is now if not for the fact that she learned to be tough.

"I just want to say this: trolling, bullying, belittling, and all those things they did to me got to me when I did my body. I nearly committed suicide. I act tough because I hate to share that part. "I needed to be tough to become who I am today," she disclosed.

Moesha wants Ghanaians, particularly those who insulted her for going under the knife, to apologize to her for traumatising her.

"It really killed my soul. Doing my body in Ghana really killed my soul. I look back at everything and say that if I had died, it would have been for nothing.

"I think they owe me an apology," she said.
