Davido secures scholarship for brilliant but needy 8As Ghanaian student

The Nigerian music icon, David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has come to the rescue of the Ghanaian student who completed Sunyani Senior School (SHS) with As in parallel.

In the early hours of Wednesday, June 22, 2022, the globally ranked musical icon conducted a search for the young man on Twitter, asking netizens to help him locate the young man whose name was given as Sulleyman Morrow.

The search for the young man was featured in his three different tweets sighted by this portal on Wednesday, June 22.

After a while, Davido announced he had secured a four-to-five-year educational scholarship for the young man to study at his father's university in the Nigerian city of Ernie, with accommodation and other things sorted.

“We have contacted Suleyman who lives in Ghana and he has been given a full 4/5 year scholarship to Adeleke university .. accommodation and allowance included! God bless y’all,” he stated.

This was sighted by Modernghana News on his Twitter page.

A few days ago, modernghana reported the story of a very brilliant guy who couldn't further his education despite completing with the best WASSCE results among his batch at Sunyani SHS in 2021.

The incident was reported by a netizen who claimed to know the young man on Sunday, June 19, 2022, calling for people to help secure a scholarship for him.

“Happy Birthday, @thenanaaba God richly blesses you.

"I would want you to use this occasion to bless this brilliant boy with the numerous blessings God has been using you to bless people. He was the best student at Sunyani SHS in 2021 but due to financial constraints, he's still at home,” the netizen wrote.
