One of the most indispensable elements of a healthy lifestyle is sleep. Scientific research has established that healthy and long-living populations aside eating healthily, sleep well and adequately.

Obtaining healthy sleep is important for both physical and mental health. It also improves productivity and overall quality of life.

Everyone — from children to older adults — can benefit from practicing good sleep health.

Unfortunately, our present tech-advanced and economically-challenged world is robbing many of good sleep.

But! As we fight for the 'Paper'; as we enjoy the 'luxuries' of technology and night life, let's bear in mind that sleep is a bad debtor and when it strikes on your general well-being, your money cannot save you.

And! If you're depriving yourself of enough sleep for the pecuniary benefits of overtime, know that when your health is badly hit consequently and you're incapacitated — or even dead — your replacement at work would be at your funeral.

FOOD IS YOUR BEST MEDICINE.
