The Wages of Witch-hunting President Nana Akufo-Addo is….

As the wages of sins as declared by God is death, so is the wages of witch-hunting His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is public exposure, humiliation and probably death.

Before I proceed to cite instances to justify the topic of this publication, let me pause to define what is meant by a witch-hunt according to the dictionary. “A witch-hunt is an attempt to find and punish a particular group of people who are being blamed for something, often simply because of their opinions and not because they have actually done anything wrong” or it is “A single-minded and uncompromising campaign against a group of people with unacceptable views or behaviour, spec. communists; esp. one regarded as unfair or malicious persecution”

From the current political history of Ghana, and in that case for the past or so decade, the person Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, an “Akyemkwaa” who drinks from river Birem, has been the most politically witch-hunted politician in Ghana. He is permanently being accused by his political rivals or enemies as super arrogant, an autocrat with strong aversion to being criticised, corrupt and violent and many other derogatory adjectival accusatory- tags that cross their minds.

However, from empirical observations, he is many a time the very opposite of the tag thrown around his neck by his arch political rivals and enemies, all for simply to defame him to make him appear unpopular in the eyes of the governed, and to be hated by the public.

Quite mysteriously, the masterminds and their agents and assigns embarking on such plots against him for their malicious and self-serving interest agendas, often, if not always, end up being exposed, disgraced and suffer God’s retributive death.

In early December 2011, a young unidentified man in Damongo in the Northern Region of Ghana made a public allegation that then presidential-candidate Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, visiting the Chief of the Gonja Traditional Council, Yagbonwura Tutumba Boresa I, had desecrated a mosque in Damongo by urinating on its walls during his visit.

Much as Nana Addo denied the allegation, his political rivals from the NDC camp seized upon it as a propaganda campaign message to further denigrate Nana Addo. This was done to turn the Muslim communities not only in the northern regions but throughout Ghana against him if indeed he had urinated on the walls of their most revered places of worship, thus, mosque.

In a few months later, that false accuser came out informing the public that he had lied against Nana Addo and begged for forgiveness of God and that of Nana Addo. This time, the young man had come to suffer from urinal problems probably due to kidney failure. He died a few weeks or months later after his public confession.

One notoriously uncouth radio presenter at Montie FM, Salifu Maase a.k.a Mugabe, a young man of no known eminence, was secretly tasked by the NDC, especially then Presidential candidate or President, John Dramani Mahama, to constantly bash Nana Addo to make him unpopular and hated in Ghana. This guy did, and is still doing, what his secret paymaster had employed him to do. In the course of executing his dirty task, he ended up tasting prison life for a few weeks at the Nsawam Medium/Maximum Prisons, only for his paymaster to quickly step in to offer him presidential pardon to get him out of the prisons. There is one "man of God" going by the title and name, Prophet Badu Kobi, who indeed is a rabid NDC politician. This man does not only unceasingly churn out false prophecies against Nana Addo but also, bashes him with real passion all in anticipation of realising his insane political agenda. Now this prophet is a publicly disgraced person following his bad-mouthing. He has recently insulted all the Ashanti, Fanti and Ewe/Anlo women in Ghana. Subsequently, he has become a subject of ridicule in Ghana and is being taken on by both men and women in the country; getting his comeuppance for his misbehaviour towards Nana Addo.

Again, we had an “Yen ntie obia” President and dancer doubling as an architect of “Ye be dii bi keke”, now a comeback presidential aspirant, Mr John Dramani Mahama, insulting and secretly arranging people to insult and heap lies on Nana Addo just to make him weak and politically unpopular for all his selfish reasons, now exposed and being attacked or threatened by some people in Ghana. This is following his denial of a recent assertion by the Asante Overlord, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, his buddy, at the UN High-Level Forum on the Culture of Peace.

Asantehene claims to have intervened to prevail upon him to accept his 2016 election defeat rather than to stubbornly hang on as president without readiness to hand over power, even when his sure-set rigging machine had suffered a glitch at the critical moment to expose him as the weaker link hence the loser in the election.

Now, two elephants are fighting and sorrowfully, it is the grass that is suffering. Innocent Ashantis and other Ghanaians are getting sucked into the fight that has just begun between the two old-time friends. That skinny ugly guy by name Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, alias General Mosquito, the NDC General Secretary, is trying his hardest to drag President Nana Addo into the just started suction of secret political malevolence or affray now made bare in public. He is doing this because the kitchen has gotten too hot for Mahama. Asiedu Nketiah must note that Nana Addo is not an air-condition unit therefore, he, Asiedu Nketiah, and former President Mahama, must avail themselves of the wisdom in the saying, “'If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen” which means don't persist with a task if the pressure of it is too much for you.

Asiedu Nketiah, sorrow for treating you as ugly as you did not make yourself but God made you. Sorry for treating the handiwork of God as ugly. Please God, forgive me for I do not know what I am saying about your creation, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah. By his words, actions and posture, he is prone to being insulted all of the time.

Another person whose public exposure is a coming is one bastard, according to recent revelation. He is a Kevin Baidoo Taylor, a Ghanaian happily married and residing in Washington DC in the United States of America. He is understood to be a paid-agent by the NDC to insult President Nana Akufo-Addo and members of his government, family and friends, at any least opportunity he gets. As I speak, he has been exposed as having made a fake identity card that is now in the hands of some NPP elders. All his secrets have started unfolding and they will collapse on his head like a pack of falling cards if not bricks, to awash him in shame.

Such is the wages of all those that are intent on falsely accusing the God’s anointed president tasked to deliver Ghana from the hands of avid corrupt politicians and the socio-economic ruiners of the country. “Ereba a na ey3”
