Global Care Foundation, an appendage of the Global Arena of Liberty Prayer Ministry (GALPM) Ghana which takes care of the marginalised in the society has donated cash and other items to the Angels of Hope Orphanage in Tarkwa and some widows in Bogoso.

The donations are part of the annual programme of the church to reach out to the underprivileged in society to put smiles on their faces during the celebration of Christ’s birth.

Donating a cash of Ghc 5,000 to the caretaker of the Home, Madam Esi Antobam on Thursday, Dcember 21, 2018. a leader of the Global Foundation team Elder Jerry John Andoh on behalf of the Founder Prophet Charles Obeng Amoaful said, the needy is very paramount to the Founder and the Church as a whole hence the support every year.

Recounting the number of donations made by the Church in the past seven years, in its eight years of existence, Elder Andoh said it is imperative to meet the physical needs of people they reach out to as far as evangelizing is concerned.

“Our Founder believes that, he must not only work on the spiritual aspect of those who come to him but must work to meet the needs of the physical aspect as well, hence support over the years to the needy in the society.” Elder Andoh said.

He says, this will continue as far as God is leading the Founder, Prophet Charles Obeng to do so.

Receiving the cash donation, the Care Giver of Angels of Hope Orphanage, Maame Esi Antobam was much grateful for the kind gesture since the facility has not been receiving much. philanthropists or associations.

‘’We only receive donations from some few people once a while which is not enough for our upkeep’’, she lamented.

She was optimistic the donation by GALPM will change the lives of the children.

After the donation at the Orphanage, the Church again donated pieces of clothes and undisclosed amount to fifty widows at the Church premises in Bogoso Friday December 21, 2018.

The President of the Foundation, Mrs. Cynthia Obeng Amoaful said she is always happy when the donations they do yield fruits in the lives of the beneficiaries.

Making reference to the Bible, Mrs. Obeng Amoaful gave advice to the general public to always help the needy especially widows, orphans and persons living with disabilities.

‘’Church leaders and believers as a whole should always have the needy in mind as has been instructed in the Bible’’, she advised.
