I confidently recommend *Nelson Owusu Ansah for the position of Ashanti Regional Youth Organizer* . And beyond doubt, he is the most qualified person to run that office.

One of the criteria for electing a leader is his *experience* in the field he/she is to serve. The wise also say that, " *experience is the best teacher* ". It is on record that Nelson Owusu Ansah has mastered the knack of dealing with the youth, as he gained a great deal of experience over the years when he served as:

▪Deputy Ashanti Regional Youth Organizer. Currently acting as the Ashanti Regional Youth Organizer.

▪Ashanti Regional TESCON President.
▪2 times TESCON President at KNUST.
▪Polling Station Youth Organizer.
▪Electoral Area Coordinator.
Unarguably, the history of Nelson Owusu Ansah with the youth put him far ahead of his peers. He lived his political life serving and working with the youth. In fact he is incomparable so far as youth engagement is concern.

Nelson has been with the youth both in Student Politics and Mainstream Politics. In effect, he has a very strong network of youth who are willing to support him and work with him to win more votes for the party.

Leaders are also elected based on their proven integrity, competence and respect they have attained from their superiors, peers and subordinates.
