Akim Oda (E/R), March 31, GNA - Moro Wasidi, a 30-year-old mechanic was killed on the spot when the taxicab in which he was travelling ran into a tree at the outskirts of Akim Oda on Monday. Four others including the driver, Kwabena Obour, 26, who sustained various degrees of injuries were on admission at the Akim Oda Government Hospital.
A hospital source told the GNA that the deceased and the injured were returning from the Winneba Beach on Easter Monday when their driver, in an attempt to over-take another vehicle lost control and ran into a tree.
