New Medical Research Discovery: NDC Administration Is A Predisposing Factor Of Hypertension
29.06.2015 LISTEN

Hypertension:
High blood pressure, defined as a repeatedly elevated blood pressure exceeding 140 over 90 mmHg -- a systolic pressure above 140 or a diastolic pressure above 90. Hypertension is known as a "silent killer".

Chronic hypertension is a "silent" condition. Stealthy as a cat, it can cause blood vessel changes in the back of the eye (retina), abnormal thickening of the heart muscle, kidney failure , and brain damage.

For diagnosis, there is no substitute fo measurement of blood pressure. Not having your blood pressure checked (or checking it yourself) is an invitation to hypertension. No specific cause for hypertension is found in 95% of cases but there are presdisposing factors like sedentary lifestyle, diet, emotional distress/anxiety/stress and the likes.

NB: Stress/ pressure / Tension are often synonymous and predisposes one to develop hypertension.

Since Mahama Administration took the mantle from the Late Mills, the is a gargantuan increment in stress /tension / anxiety due to silent killer policies /directives and sad events.

Examples of such silent killers which predispose Ghanaians to hypertension and killing us silently without awareness are as follows:

1. Sodom and Gomorrah demolition which has traumatized and depressed the good people who were affected. This still staying there are in a state of anxiety as to whether their houses are the next to be demolished.

2. Government workers are always stressed and anxious since their monthly salaries are no more reliable, as payment can be refused due to no biometric registration , no account number, no money in your account number, no validation, no ssnit number and the likes.

As I type this piece, most government workers whose ssnit numbers are not on their payslips

are really anxious and their heart is beeping abnormally giving rise in blood pressure. They

have no hope for this month salary.
3. Graduate health trainees are emotionally and psychologically traumatized and are in a state of depression as to whether they will be employed by government as per theirs bond agreement or they will not be employed....

4. Ghanaians are always anxious anytime they hear "time aso oooo...time aso", meaning dumsor time is due, and they get depressed in dumsor as there is no source of diversional therapy activities like watching movies to

reduce their worries over their unpaid salaries, loss of job and unemployment.

5. Workers are always anxious to be sacked from work due to dumsor

6. Teacher and Nurse Trainees , so as other tertiary students are always anxious over their

gargantuan school/ semester fees which has been flying like the rocket in the sky.

7. Farmers and Traders are always worried since business is not encouraging and the economy is soon hard.

8. Healthworkers and patients in panic and fear that there will be dumsor while surgery is ongoing or a woman is in labour. The baby coming from the Mother's womb is also in fear that he or she will come and meet dumsor, hence seeing darkness as the first think on earth ... how do you expect such child to be happy on earth and have good thoughts?

An if he or she is a preteen baby, how would the life of this innocent baby be saved by incubator in dumsor? The preterm baby also becomes depressed.

9. Ghanaians , especially the youth who have lost their jobs , those with much financial burden and others are unemployed drink much alcohol and smoke cigarette to release their stress. No wonder even at age 20 , there are recorded hypertensive cases

10. Last but most importantly , The tragedic events like the death of Late Mills, numerous fire outbreaks without confirmed causes, unprecedented cholera cases and deaths, unprecedented flooding kum fire outbreak, unprecendted stealing "sikadie basaaaaa.." has been giving most of us high blood pressure.

PREVENTION OF HYPERTENSION ..........

CONCLUSION
NDC administration , policies and directives have predisposed so many Ghanaians to "Hypertension"

We cant dispute this research as hypertension cases have increased amazingly since 2011 till date.
