Dansyn Innovation Social Organization (Dansyn ISO) has organized a local pitch event in Bolgatanga for startups in the region who went through 6 months of business acceleration training with the hub.
The programme was organized by Danysn ISO in partnership with Ghana Tech Lab and supported by the Mastercard Foundation Young Africa Works, the World Bank and the Ministry of Communications Ghana.
In an interview with ModernGhana News in Bolgatanga, the Upper Regional Capital, the Chief Executive Officer of DANSYN ISO Daniel Y Nang indicated that, the National Acceleration Program offers startups the opportunity to scale up in their various aspects of businesses.
This programme is aimed at offering business development training and mentorship to startups within the period of 6 months and a Local Pitch Event to crown it all.
Five startups out of ten were able to go through the program successfully and were given award certificates and a token amount of money from Dansyn ISO as a way of encouraging them to remain resolute on their entrepreneurial journey.
The winner of the Local Pitch Event represented the region in Accra to further compete at the national level.
The CEO of Dansyn ISO, Daniel Y. Nang encouraged the startups to use the skills they acquired from the programme to lead their businesses successfully in order to employ more youth in the region and beyond.
