Beware! Kennedy Agyapong Is Coming After You In Their Next Forbidden Four Years

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Socialist. Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Trade Unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

The above extract as credited to Martin Niemöller (1892–1984) and recounted by David Gobapen should be the new Anthem for all Ghanaians. It should sound a repeated reminder that YOU may just be the next victim of the crony capitalist, Mr Kennedy Agyapong.

The New World Order paints Slavery in a different context from what it were in the beginning. Anybody who has a voice, influence and a platform to speak against Injustice, Tyranny, Social Exclusion, among others, but has decided not to speak out, because of partisanship, fear of victimization or as a result of some compromises, then, that person is under the worse form of Slavery. The above narrative best fit in the Ghanaian context today. There were those whose voices were loud some few years back but have become deaf and dumb today; they are the slaves and not those in chains and in dungeons.

Only yesterday, 4th August, 2020, Mr Kennedy Agyapong, NPP Financier and a bosom friend of President Akuffo-Addo, on Asempa FM, threatened the life of Lawyer Sammy Gyamfi, the National Communication Officer of the NDC. He openly bragged that he will send his boys after Sammy Gyamfi. This threats were just like those of yesterday’s on the life of innocent, investigative journalist, Late Ahmed Suale. Yesterday it was Lawyer Sammy Gyamfi, today it might just be Lawyer Tony Lithur, tomorrow it could be Prof. Raymond Atuguba esq. or next tomorrow could be YOU.

When Kennedy Agyapong declared war on all Ewes and Gas in April 2012, the Gonjas, Dagombas, Ashantes and other tribes decided to do nothing because they were neither Ewes nor Gas. He was later declared a hero and emboldened to do worse in years after 2012. Today’s stories of tribal discrimination, ethnic cleansing and divisive politics are the remnants of the April 2012 declaration by Mr Kennedy Agyapong.

When Kennedy Agyapong descended on the person of President John Mahama and called him all manner of names, those who didn’t have their surnames as Mahama’s thought it was not their business, little did they know that Kennedy Agyapong’s next victim will be the Legend Ahmed Suale (RIP). An attack on the person of Mahama which was glossed over graduated into a physical attack on the life and ultimate murder of Ahmed Suale.

Those days when Kennedy Agyapong started to threaten Ibrahim Mahama and even swore to poison himself if Ibrahim was not jailed as Akuffo-Addo reigns, the clergy stood by, because they were not businessmen like Ibrahim Mahama; then he came for Obinim, Prophet Kobie and now Bishop Agyin Asare, some of their own. Which pastor is next?

Surprisingly, when Kennedy Agyapong went after Anas Aremeyaw Anas after the latter as usual exposed corruption in Football in Africa, those journalists in Multimedia, EIB Network and those in Citi FM and the rest, laughed over it on their morning shows, because they were not investigative journalists; until Ken went after Araba Koomson of Joy News, Kweku Baako of the New Crusading Guide and Kofi Adomah of Angel FM before they realized Kennedy Agyapong and his NPP meant business.

Until he stripped Afia Swartz naked on his Net 2 TV, most women didn’t know Kennedy Agyapong’s attack on Charlotte Osei and on Madam Lordina Mahama were attacks on womanhood. Until he hits you from the rare, you wouldn’t learn how to protect each other.

On the 5th of April, 2017 when Kennedy Agyapong and Wuntumi sent their Delta Forces to invade the Kumasi Circuit Court; freed 13 members of that Terrorist group; destroyed court properties; beat the trial Judge, Madam Mary Senkyire, the government filed for a no case against these terrorist. Maybe with all these happenings some Military officers laughed over them under the spell of dirty wine. Fast forward in same month of April the following year, precisely on the 3rd of April 2018, Kennedy Agyapong mounted spirited attacks on the Ghana Armed Forces; threatened Colonel Aggrey Quashie, the PRO of Ghana Armed Forces; called him a fool and a useless man on his Oman FM boiling point. The simple reason was that, the Colonel replied Mr Kennedy Agyapong and only sought to make the point that the Ghana Armed Forces is a professional security force which nobody can dictate to in times of recruitment. This was what attracted the unprovoked attacks on the Ghana Armed Forces by Ken Agyapong.

Well, Kennedy Agyapong’s longstanding dream of building a crony capitalism in Ghana by ensuring that Ghana’s resource fallopian tube becomes a state looting congenital pipeline that is intrinsically connected and owned by his suspicious empire and its allied agents, is about to be realized. Make a mistake and give the NPP the next four years and this dream will be realized.

Any mistake to give the NPP another forbidden four years will be to create an octopus out of Kennedy Agyapong. With its multiple arms, he will fleece and feed fat from Ghana’s public purse in the forbidden next four years. Indeed, what Kennedy Agyapong and his NPP need now is just a blank cheque for another presidential term of four more years to make YOU their next victim.

In their next forbidden four years, Kennedy Agyapong will close down Joy FM for outcompeting his almighty Oman FM; Multimedia would have been his next victim in this case. For sure, he will crack down on Metro TV for standing on the way of his Net 2 TV. He has done worse under this Akuffo-Addo’s first four years and he will do more than worse in their next four years if given the mandate.

The next blank four years for the NPP will embolden Mr Kennedy Agyapong to close down churches because those pastors and prophets may have become popular and powerful than President Akuffo-Addo’s Prophet Owusu Bempah. Bishops, Reverends, Pastors, Prophets, would have become puppets and their sermons on the pulpit censored before they can preach the gospel. Mark it down!

Perhaps, the current tax holidays and tax exemptions Mr Kennedy Agyapong and his companies may have been enjoying are not enough for him, so in the next forbidden four years, don’t be surprised if he sets up his own tax evasion system at the Ports to pave the way for his business empire to grow at the expense of the poor taxpayers and other businesses. It is very possible!

Just like how the Public Procurement Authority had to alter information in their system to reflect a restricted tender process instead of the sole-sourcing that it were, the same institution may not even exist in the next four years of an Akuffo-Addo’s government. It was revealed that the said contract worth GHC 100m was awarded on sole-sourcing arrangements to Kennedy Agyapong’s wife’s Company, Imperial World Ventures, by the Ministry of Energy to supply streetlights. When the whistle was blown, the PPA altered the information to reflect a restricted tendering process.

Further checks revealed that the company was even incorporated few months before the award of such contract with that huge amount. If this could pass the red line, won’t Mr Agyapong become the PPA himself and determine which contract is awarded to himself and with which process?

Will you be surprised is Kennedy should set up a parallel military force out of his currently controlled terrorist groups (Delta Forces, Invincible Force, etc)? Well, be rest assured, because events of today should reflect what the future will be. ACP Nanka Bruce was beaten, abused and chased out of duty by Kennedy Agyapong’s paid invincible forces at the seat of government, on the first day of President Akuffo-Addo’s resumption of duty, precisely on the 9th January, 2017. A the trial Judge at the Kumasi circuit court was beaten and chased out of court by Kennedy Agyapong’s Delta Forces, who Kennedy Agyapong has defended and stood by. Will it be too difficult for him to set up a parallel military force out of these groups if the NPP wins the next election?

Or maybe set up his own VVIP lounge at Terminal 3 to determine who and what passes through. Yes, these are all possibilities.

Speak out! Just speak out if you have to! Your silence today may be a recipe for chaos tomorrow. Maybe another forbidden four years for the NPP will give Kennedy Agyapong the right to determine the amount of oxygen to be released into the air for Ghanaians to breath each day. WHO WILL BE KENNEDY AGYAPONG’S NEXT VICTIM? It may not be;

In the next forbidden four years of the NPP, when they know they may not need your thumbs again after 2024, the god that will be created out of Kennedy Agyapong may be able to slaughter a human being to be aired live on NET 2 TV, aired on Oman FM and repeated on Wuntimi TV.
