Self-Refuting Sammy Gyamfi Doubles Down His 'Sins'

Feature Article Self-Refuting Sammy Gyamfi Doubles Down His 'Sins'
JUL 24, 2020 LISTEN

Hello Sammy,

I heard you rant at the press conference yesterday---spitting fire like a dragon, demonising a few nobles or saints that live amongst us. I could see your innards gushing out. I could tell you were on fire. And I wondered if indeed you'd all that power you seemed to convey to your audience at the NDC party headquarters in Accra.

"Comrades who are listening to us this afternoon, do not sit aloof and allow those cowards and criminals to beat you, maim you and even kill you. You've the right to defend yourselves, mobilise yourselves, come together and whatever you can get to defend yourselves do so," charged Sammy Gyamfi NDC national communication director.

There you go, you heard it from the horses own mouth.

He continued: "Call on us anytime you need support.

We'll stand by you every step of the way."

You're right! That's Sammy appealing to the commoners or foot-soldiers to join the bandwagon. I've got a couple of questions for you though:

Would you be there when the going gets tough?

Would the leaders let their children join the bandwagon when the guns are ringing loud? Think about it.

Self-refuting idea

By the way, did I hear you say this:

"But there are good people in there.

And I dare say that the good people are in the majority."

I believe you were referring to the military and the police right? So, if the majority of these people are 'good' as you alluded to: How did they become 'useless' overnight? And don't you think you're creating unnecessary tension and undermining these great institutions?

"Today the military has been bastardised.

As for the police, I mean they've been rendered useless by this government which has bastardised all the security agencies."

Did you see the fallacy of contradiction there?

Right, he shot himself in the foot. And even when he was self-refuting his own idea, Sammy didn't hesitate to issue threats and retribution against the very institutions which have more saints than they exist in the NDC party.

"We'll ensure that there's retribution when that day of reckoning comes," he reiterated.

Caution

The paradox is, the NDC chief spokesperson, also didn't hesitate to caution those he claimed 'have their conscience intact'. Isn't that double standard.

Mr. 'Kettle', why don't you kill the bug in your own cloak?

"But we've also cautioned members of our security agencies who still have their conscience intact, their integrity intact and who are not happy about what's happening. They must rise up and be counted. This is the time for them to act," Sammy Gyamfi warned.

Yes, it appears he's got big balls and can rambo with the bimbos.

"The police officers and the military officers are making their career conterminous with that of President Akufo-Addo.The day President Akufo-Addo exits office will be the last day they will serve as policemen and military men and we will deal with them mercilessly."

I read somewhere sometime ago, that it's a sin to killl mocking birds..Why? Because they're harmless.

They don't eat up people's gardens. Rather they make songs for us to enjoy. The police are there to enforce law and order. And the military is to defend us

Doubles down his 'sins'

So why is this dude mad at the police and the military and not the politicians or themselves?

And as though the rant at the party headquarters wasn't enough Sammy took to his twitter handle to double down his 'sins':

“Notice is hereby served to all unscrupulous Security Officials who have lent themselves to the despotic Akufo Addo-gov’t as pliant agents of violence against innocent citizens, that the next NDC gov’t will fish them out and deal with them mercilessly when power eventually shifts”.
