Honey, lemon and warm water: “The morning drink that most Indians swear by, honey, lemon and warm water not only keeps you hydrated but also flushes toxins from the body, helping you to start your day with a bang”.

Hot water: “Not just lemon water, even sipping hot water throughout the day can also help in detoxification, it is because hot water dissolves the toxins in the body and flushes the lymphatic system to get rid of it and it also improves the functioning of the digestive system”.
