The “Night Of The Young Stars” Bill organised by Winbase Promotions was held on 30th November 2019 at the City Engineers Yard at Jamestown in Accra.

The event comprised of nine bouts; five amateur and four professional bouts. The evening’s bouts were action-packed and the athletes put up good performances, in the presence of the Ghana Amateur Boxing Federation president, Mr George Lamptey.

In the Amateur bouts, Joseph Akai Nettey of Charles Quartey Boxing Foundation defeated Ebenezer Kolibey of Seconds Out Boxing Gym.

Michael Abban of Black Panthers Gym won his bout against Moses Adjei of Seaview Gym.

Abraham Mensah of Seconds Out Boxing Gym secured a win over Abraham Lamptey of Wisdom Boxing Gym.

Isaac Aryee of The Gym was disqualified for indiscipline during his bout against Mohammed Aryeetey of Seaview Gym.

Lastly, Africanus Neequaye of Seaview Gym cruised to a unanimous decision win over Prince Amarkwei of Black Panthers Gym.

For the professional bouts, Muhammed Fuseini defeated John Quaye via 5th round TKO (technical knockout).

Holy Dogbetor secured a unanimous decision win over Emmanuel Sackey.

Alidu Sulemana defeated Christopher Buxton via KO (knock out) in the 2nd round.

Aryeh Tetteh secured a win over Yakubu Alidu via KO (knock out) in the 3rd round.

The turnout at the event was encouraging and there was musical entertainment to liven up the atmosphere.
