The Black Stars of Ghana have arrived safely in São Tomé and Principe for their 2nd Afcon 2021 qualifier with São Tomé.

The Stars, who left Accra earlier today on a charter flight, will have a training session this afternoon at the Stade Nacional12 de Julho, venue for tomorrow’s match.

The Black Stars started their 2021 Africa Cup of Nations on a winning note after defeating South Africa 2:0 in Cape Coast last week, and they are determined to maintain their one hundred per cent start to the qualifiers against a bruised São Tomé side, who are seeking to make amends at home after suffering a heavy 4:0 defeat to Sudan on matchday one.

Meanwhile, the Confederation of African Football has appointed three Congolese referees to officiate the match.

Messie Jessie Oved Nkounkou Mvoutou will be the centre referee. He will be assisted by his compatriots Styven Daniel Moutsassi Moyo (Assistant 1), Beaudrel Ntsele Roul (Assistant 2) and Lazard Tsiba Kamba (fourth official).

Jose Fernando Macao from Angola will serve as the Match Commissioner while Evarist Menkounde from Cameroon will be the Referee Assessor.

The match will kick off at 13:00 GMT
