Asante Kotoko forward, Fatawu Safiu has joined Swedish side, Trelleborg permanently following an impressive loan spell.
The 25-year old forward joined the Swedish second-tier club on an initial four months loan from the Ghana Premier side having helped the club to the group phase of the 2018-19 CAF Confederations cup.
Safiu racked an impressive tally of five (5) goals in nine (9) matches since joining Trelleborg in August this year.
Report say the new long term deal will fetch Asante Kotoko $110,000 in addition to the initial $35,000 they received for the 4 months loan.
