Yaw Yeboah And Dauda Mohammed Invited Ahead Of Black Meteors Clash Against Togo

Ahead of Ghana's U-23 clash with Togo in the CAF U-23 Cup of Nations, Ibrahim Tanko have invited Yaw Yeboah and Dauda Mohammed.

The Black Meteors will be battling out with the Togolese U-23 national team in the qualification round at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Tuesday.

Six foreigners comprising Evans Mensah, Frank Arhin, Joel Fameyeh, Gideon Mensah and Isaac Twum are already in camp with the team in Kumasi.

"We tried to invite some local players...but the truth is that most of them are not fit. That was the reason why we opted for foreigners," Tanko, who is the head coach of Ghana's U-23 side told Kickgh.com.

"For now we're waiting for Yaw Yeboah and Dauda Mohammed. Yeboah will be in camp today whiles Dauda will arrive on Monday," he added.

Dauda currently plays for Belgian giants RSC Anderlecht whiles Yeboah also feature for Spanish side CD Numancia.
