Hobro IK Defender Yaw Amankwah Anticipates Tough Test Against Sønderjyske In Danish League

Hobro IK centre-back Yaw Ihle Amankwah is relishing a stern clash against Sønderjyske in the Danish SuperLiga on Saturday.

The Yellow and Black lads will travel to the Sydbank Park with the aim of ending their two-game winless run.

Allan Kuhn's men have dropped into 10th place after two successive losses against Randers FC and Aarhus.

According to Yaw Amankwah, they are poised to end that unwanted streak, though he pointed out that it will not come cheap following the form of the home side.

"It will be a tough task. They come with a lot of power and physics -, especially from the start. But we must be able to match and we have had some action-packed matches against them earlier, so I think it will be a very fun game to play, "said Yaw Amankwah, who will take the match a bit like AGF at the latest.

"I think we should seize the match in the same way as the last AGF. Be offensive mentally and get aggressive but at the same time dare to hold the ball and play the qualities we have on the team.

The crew from Mariagerjord has collected the highest goals of everyone in the Super League in the first seven matches and, of course, the defender is not happy with it.

"It's too bad. But just as we defended did not think we were the best players in the world last year, just because we were among those who closed the lowest goals, so we should not believe that we have suddenly become superring because we have closed the most goals."
