Ghana international, Kevin-Prince Boateng scored his first goal for US Sassuolo in the Coppa Italia on Sunday evening.
Sassuolo dismantled Ternana by 5:1 at the Mapei Stadium.
The former Las Palmas attacker broke the deadlock of the game for the Green and Black lads on the 9th minute.

Fellow countryman, Alfred Duncan completed their heavy home victory as Marino Defendi got the consolation goal for Ternana.
Boateng was substituted in the 66th minute as Alfred Duncan enjoyed the full throttle with Claud Adjapong warming the benched.
The 32-year-old joined the Italian Serie A side from Eintracht Frankfurt this summer.
