Osei Kweku Palmer Apologizes To Ghana FA Over Unclassified And Indemnity Comment

Executive Committee Member of the Ghana Football Association, Winfred Osei Kweku Palmer has rendered an unqualified apology to the members of the country’s football governing body over his comment on unclassified and indemnity.

After the country failed to qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, the financier of Tema Youth Football Club disclosed that the country’s inability to qualify for the World Cup was the country’s refusal to pay unclassified and indemnity payment to match officials.

But speaking on Accra based Atinka FM; the astute football administrator rendered an unqualified apology to the country’s football governing body.

“I, Winfred Kweku Osei Palmer popularly known as Palmer, the statement I made on paying [bribes] to referees; I render an unqualified apology to all Ghanaians, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the FA and my colleagues in the football fraternity.

“This will not happen again,” he said.
