Asante Kotoko young shot-stopper, Ibrahim Danlad has averred he will not disappoint Steve Pollack if he gives him the chance.

The Black Starlets goalkeeper exhibited some impressive performance in the Africa Youth Championship held in Gabon last and the FIFA U-17 World Cup held in India.

"Am like a soldier, always ready for a battle. I will not disappoint the coach [Steve Pollack] if he gives me the chance," Danlad told Kessben FM

"Felix Annan and Ernest Sowah are my seniors and I am learning from them. But whenever the coach chooses me to be in the post, I will not let him and the supporters of Kotoko down."

"Playing for the national team [Ghana U17 team] and to play at the tournament like the Africa Youth Championship and World Cup has helped me a lot," he added.
