Dreams FC Administrative Manager Ameenu Shardow says the club's priority is not to make a quick return to the Ghana Premier League.
They were removed from the Ghana top-flight for player registration irregularity last season.
But Dreams have been too strong in Zone III of the second-tier league where they are on top of the 16-team table.
"Qualifying to the premier League is not our target, our ultimate dream is to have our own Stadium and training facilities," Shardow said.
