Accra , Aug 16, GNA - Head coach of Premier League side Liberty Professionals George Lamptey says he is 'under pressure' after his 0-2 home defeat to Asante Kotoko last Saturday.

Liberty Professionals have been struggling in their recent league games following just one win in 14 league matches and elimination from the MTN FA Cup semis by lower division side Okwahu United.

Lamptey says their recent performances have been a nightmare to him.

'I am under pressure by myself. It has been sleepless nights for me. I need to work hard to bring my team back to winning ways,' Lamptey said.

Liberty has dropped to the ninth position on the table, four points away from the relegation drop. But Lamptey says he knows what to do to keep his side safe from relegation with six matches to end the season.

'You need to continue working so that you change the results for yourself. So we are working very hard.'

The Dansoman Boys will play reigning premier league champions Ashgold at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium in their next game on Wednesday.
