Accra Hearts of Oak are braving themselves for a tough game on Saturday against AS Douane in the CAF Confederations Cup with the Ghanaian side trying to save themselves from the brink of elimination.

But latest reports from Dakar available to JoySports indicates that the phobians have received a cold reception from their host.

The Ghanaian team was checked into a hotel facility they describe as poor but they rejected it and have moved on their own into a hotel in Dakar.

Their host, AS Douanes according to JoySports correspondence in Dakar has refused to pick up the bill.

Hearts of Oak could only train for thirty minutes on a poor training turf on Friday.

In the course of the training, reports indicate that the home fans pelted the Ghanaian side with eggs, which forced Hearts coach, Ernst Middendorp to call off of the training.

Kick off for Saturday's game is at 16:30 GMT.

Hearts left Accra for Senegal Thursday with just one goal as buck up for the AS Douanes onslaught in a competition where home has proved the safest haven for most teams.

But the Phobians are positive that the slim lead from the first leg in Accra will only goad them to a steely performance in the return encounter on Saturday.

The Hearts team has been augmented with the return of Emmanuel Osei Kuffour and Dan Coleman.

The team is counting on the experience of Emmanuel Osei Kuffuor and other influential players who missed the first leg action to help turn things around in Senegal.
