Kwesi Nyantakyi says his biggest challenge as President of the Ghana Football Association is access to adequate funds.

Nyantakyi's era since succeeding Nyaho Tamakloe as head of the Ghana federation has seen the securing of unprecedented sponsorship deals for both the senior national team and the Premier League.

The lawyer however says this is woefully inadequate to carry out most of the programmes the FA wants to implement.

'My biggest challenge since becoming President of the GFA is the access to funds,' Nyantakyi said.

'If only I can have access to a bottom-less pit of funds I believe we would have chalked even more successes than we have.

'Nevertheless we will continue working with what we have and do well to secure more to improve Ghana football.'

Nyantakyi was handed a second term by congress last year after the expiration of his first term which included qualifying Ghana to two successive FIFA World Cup finals.
