I Will Not Play For Hearts – Aziz Ansah
Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Black Stars defender, Aziz Ansah is demanding an end to media speculation that he will play for Hearts of Oak next season. A statement issued by the player described the stories linking him to Hearts as fabricated saying it dismays him.
Like club mate Hamza Mohammed who has also been linked with a move to the Phobian camp, Aziz says he will play for the Porcupine Warriors so long as he remains in Ghana.
The player joined Asante Kotoko at the beginning of last season from Great Olympics. A former junior international, Aziz was unable to hold down a permanent contract with Belgium club Muscron whom he joined after excelling at the 1997 world U-17 championships in Egypt.
