Gabriel Appiah is a Ghanaian Platinum Stars coach Miguel Gamondi looks set to bolster his defence with the addition of Ghanaian Gabriel Appiah to the South African club.
Appiah has been on trial at the Tycoons for the past few weeks and has managed to impress the club's coach.
Gamondi told KickOff : "He is very good defender and has impressed me lot at training. He is big, strong and can play the ball.
"He is also useful playing in both central defence or at right-back.
"I am still going to meet with club management to make my recommendations.
"There is a great possibility that we will sign him when the transfer window period re-opens in January."
