INSPIRING Greater Accra Division Two side, Parmalet Purejoy Stars, underlined their magnificent form when they held the national Under-17 side, Black Starlets, to an electrifying goalless game at Prampram on Monday.

Playing under the tutelage of 'Coachene' Emmanuel Afranie, the determined Starlets opened fire on the equally motivated club, but could not find the net.

The highly entertaining game saw a rich display of skill and flair from the two sides with the Starlets slightly on top.

Lying second on the log, the Prampram-based division two side will this morning engage former first division campaigners – King Solomon, in a special friendly at the Nungua Police barrier park.

Purejoy Stars chief coach, Sam Quaye, told the Times Sports that he was leaving no stone unturned to ensure all the rough edges in the team are straightened up.

"We have some few tactical problems and I strongly believe all will be well after seriousness on the part of the players.
