The Ghana Black Stars have today, June 13, 2022, finalised preparations for the clash against Chile in the Kirin Cup on Tuesday, June 14, 2022.
The Black Stars are one of four national teams participating in the 2022 Kirin Cup in Japan.
In the first match of Ghana, the national team lost 4-1 to the hosts after a poor showing that gave the reminder that there is a lot of work to be done by coach Otto Addo.
Today, the gaffer and his technical team have trained for the last time ahead of the third-place match of the Kirin Cup against Chile.
That game is scheduled to be played at the Panasonic stadium tomorrow. The match will kick off early in the morning at 6:15am.
The match against the South American opponent is to help the Black Stars in their preparations for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Besides international friendly matches played at the Kirin Cup, the Black Stars will have other chances to test their strength before the Qatar tournament.
