Ajumako (C/R), July 24, GNA - Ajumako Zone gathered 158 points to emerge the over-all champions in the Ajumako-Enyan-Essiam District Basic Schools Under "15" Athletic Competition held at Ajumako on Friday. In the boys division Abaasa Zone came first with 100.5 points.
Ajumako Zone took the second position with 77 points; Amia-Ba was third with 73 points while Enyan-Maim Zone came fourth with 47 points. Bisease Zone took the fifth position with 46 points; Enyan-Denkyira came sixth with 28, while Sunkwa zone came last with a point.
In the girls division, Ajumako Zone came first with 81 points; Amia-Ba Zone took the second position with 79 points, while Sunkwa Zone came third with 56 points.
Abaasa Zone took the fourth position with 53 points; Enyan-Maim Zone was fifth 37 points, Bisease Zone, sixth with 36 points while Enyan-Denkyira Zone came last with 35 points. Prizes and certificates were awarded to deserving athletes. 24 July 04
