Accra, July 13 - GNA - The Sports Writers Association of Ghana would hold a press conference at the Hospitality Centre of the Accra Sports Stadium at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 15 to outdoor activities for their Awards Night scheduled for the International Press Centre on Saturday, August 2.
Mr Ebo Quansah, Presdent of SWAG said the conference would announce the programme for the event and outline activities.
The President said the conference would also address the state of Ghana football in view of the elimination of the Black Stars from the 18th edition of the African Cup of Nations by Rwanda.
He expressed his gratitude to Western Union and Nestle, which have made cash donations to cushion the Awards Night.
