About 100 golfers will on Sunday, February 23, assemble at Tema to vie for the Tema Country Golf Club President's Putter.
Mr Ebenezer Adablanu, Acting Manager of the club, who announced this at Tema on Tuesday, said the one-day 18-hole stable-ford competition, opened to professional and amateur members of the club, is being sponsored by Mrs Y.O.Kim, President of the club.
He said entry requirement for the Men's is handicap 18 while those of the Ladies is handicap 24.
Mr Adablanu said very attractive prizes have been put at stake and urged the participants to give of their best and win more prizes.
Participants will use the event to sharpen their strokes for the Linde Open Championship scheduled for the same venue on March one, he said.
