Ghana FA To Appoint New Technical Director This Week - Henry Asante Twum

The Ghana Football Association is set to appoint a new technical director this week.

The country's football governing body are on a haunt for a new technical director following the departure of Francis Oti Akenteng in March this year after years of dedicated services.

The FA have already confirmed that six candidates have been shortlisted for the job which include three local coaches and three expatraite coaches.

According to the Communications Director for the Ghana Football Association, Henry Asante Twum, the FA have completed their job and will appoint a new technical director this week.

"The process for selecting a technical director is over," he told Asempa FM.

"I am confident the new technical director will be announced by the close of this week.

"We have a done job for Ghanaians and we implore them to appreciate and accept the work we have done in the appointment of a new technical director," he added.
