The Managing Director of Accra Hearts of Oak, Frederick Moore has stressed that the success of the club is not dependent on just one person as he appears to take a slight dig at former attacker Joseph Esso.
After partying ways with the highly-rated forward earlier this month, he has on Thursday been signed by fellow Ghana Premier League outfit Dreams Football Club.
Speaking to Pure FM, Frederick Moore has noted that one person does not determine the success of the Phobians.
“Everybody I work with I have got confidence in them. Everybody I work with I try to support them. Our success as a club is not dependent on one person. The success of the club is dependent on the unity of the board, the management, the technical team, and the players”, the MD of the Ghanaian giants said.
He continued, “But if at any point in time we feel that the weakest link is too weak then we have got the right to change it. It is not the first time we have changed the Chief Executive Officer or a coach or a member of staff. We want to be successful”.
According to Frederick Moore, the club remains focused and will soon name a new assistant coach before the next football season comes around.
