Hearts of Oak striker Abednego Tetteh has noted that he is sharing branded nose masks to supporters of the club online because they will need the fans when football resumes.
The 2019/2020 football season in Ghana has been on suspension for the last 2 months as one of the safety protocols adopted to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) disease.
In the absence of football where everyone has been advised to follow the safety measures, Abednego Tetteh who has a background in graphic design has decided to share Hearts of Oak branded nose masks to followers on social media.
"I'm a graphic designer despite being a footballer, I opted to design customized face masks of Hearts of Oak and share it to football fans on all my social media account.
“I'll start the giveaways on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram will be next. We can't play football without the fans. We need everyone to be healthy to watch our games when football resumes”, Abednego Tetteh said as quoted by kickgh.com
The 29-year-old striker joined the Phobians this year and will feature for the side when the Ghana Premier League season resumes.
