about one thing that came right
a time for many laughs
and a creature like you is curved

my state of sadnes is gone
and thanks to you i respond
the giggle of life i spread
in your character or so i read

maybe it is you that is missing
a thing i wonder in search
i pray i find you in my mind
then i can even think of you even when i am blind

a friend is what i ask for
in a hall but not in a mask
accept me as i am
and not in another mans arms
